Masum approves general amnesty law
(Voice of Iraq) – Baghdad – Announced that the Legal Committee member of the Parliamentary Zainab Sahlani, Thursday, the president Fuad Masum authentication on a general amnesty to all its articles and paragraphs of the law.
Sahlani said in a press statement that “the House of Representatives sent, during the last two days of the amnesty law to the presidency of the republic to see the paragraphs, materials and approved for publication in the Official Gazette.”
She added that the “infallible approved by the President, today, the general amnesty law in all its articles will be published in the Official Gazette within the next two days.”
And the voice of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, in the twenty – fifth of last August, a general amnesty to all paragraphs of the law with an amendment eighth and fourth paragraphs of contention which allows the defendant a retrial without providing evidence and documents proving his accusations.

Zebari: the rule of law behind a sunbed to target al-Abadi and overthrow the government
Accused Finance Minister, Hoshyar Zebari, State of Law coalition of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, of being behind the questioning process.
Zebari said in a televised statement, that “the rule of law behind a sunbed and I will defend myself and go to the withdrawal of confidence and all the stages where I prosecuted in the integrity and the political and media build-up.” He added that “The purpose of the interrogation is not I, but the parliament speaker Salim al-Jubouri, Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, and this is the goal and begin our attempt to experiment planning and off [state law] to topple the government.”
Parliamentary Finance: no intention to repeal Article 14 of the Convention on the International Monetary Fund
Economy News / special parliamentary finance committee confirmed that it has no intention to abolish Article 14 of the International Monetary Fund agreement signed with Iraq on the granting of loans, while confirming that the past parliament to vote on all articles and paragraphs Convention.
Committee Chairman Mohammed Halbusi in an interview for “Economy News,” there was no intention by the Finance Committee or Parliament in general to stop or cancel Any of the Iraqi articles of the Convention with the IMF on loans, stressing that all the materials pour the interests of Iraq and the parliament’s past vote on them.
He added that the international loan will save Iraq from a lot of economic and financial problems that affected the monetary reserves and the general economic situation in the country.
The Prime Minister’s Advisor appearance of Mohammed Saleh, has asked parliament to suspend or stop the Article 14 of the International Monetary Fund agreement with Iraq “, saying that Iraq is required to terminate this paragraph being negatively affect the banking sector and the economy of the country and so far there is no real movement by the Parliament and the World Bank Central to stop this Article.
” It is said that Article / 14 / of the International Monetary Fund Agreement gives freedom to the countries of the exit of the Iraqi capital and without restrictions and that will lead to the escape of most of the capital under the pretext of trade goods that do not match with the Iraqi specifications and with the amount of hard currency emerging (in the opinion of experts in economic affairs). Proposals to review the economic feasibility studies
BAGHDAD – Al- Sabah – Stressed banking expert Samir Abbas high compactness proportion of the total money supply among the citizens and the impact on the business market requires activating the role of the Iraq Stock Exchange in investment and supporting the national economy to attract.

For the purpose of activating the role of the Iraq Stock Exchange in attracting foreign investment Abbas also suggested the establishment of the Deposit Insurance Corporation and speed up the enactment of the legislation in order to protect public deposits and encourage them to go to the banks and to benefit from the services they provide, and to achieve the central objective to raise the savings ratio to calculate the proportion of compactness and address the lack of liquidity in banks and its impact on the cash market trading.
He said Abbas importance of promoting and activating the central bank initiative to lend to banks for financing small and medium enterprises to achieve economic and social goal, as well as the banks and the Iraqi market for securities to benefit from the launch of the central bank ‘s government bond interest rate of 8 percent for a period of two years for the purpose of reimburse contractors and ensure prepared to give them banking facilities of all kinds of bonds by banks as well as to encourage citizens to acquire in order to withdraw liquidity for internal cash trading.
He influenced Iraq Stock Exchange greatly influenced by the conditions experienced by the country since 2014 because of falling global oil prices, and the costs of the war on terrorism, and other economic accumulations led to the decline in the growth rate in GDP (0.5 percent) and high unemployment rates to 50 percent and poverty to 25 percent and inflation to 2 percent fall in the savings rate of the Central Bank of Iraq to the extent of 20 percent.

Erbil and Baghdad reach agreement on Kirkuk oil exports
(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – The Iraqi Oil Minister will soon visit Erbil to meet with his Kurdish counterpart and discuss crude oil exports and revenues.
MP Shakhawan Abdullah said, “The meetings will continue with Kurdistan Region’s Minister of Natural Resources who will be visiting Baghdad for the same purpose.”
“The Kurdish and Iraqi ministers will discuss the technical issues relating to the implementation of a previous Erbil-Baghdad agreement. The KRG and Iraqi government have also reached to an agreement over Kirkuk oil exports through the Kurdish pipelines,” Abdullah revealed.
Deputy Iraqi Oil Minister Fayadh al-Nema, in a previous interview with Reuters, said they were willing to hold talks with Erbil about using KRG’s oil pipelines for exporting Iraqi oil. However, he said upon the failure of the talks, Baghdad may consider selling its crude oil though Iran, for which it may need to cross Sulaymaniyah province in order reach the neighboring country.
