The Central Bank is required to mediate letter of guarantee 100% of their capital firms

Press Release – Iraq Stock Exchange Convention on the electronic trading system online trading investors remotely with Manaf Software Company
Iraq Stock Exchange formally signed the Convention on the electronic trading system via the Internet trading after investors with Manaf software company on Monday, November 14 2016.
Agreement included a license to use the electronic trading system via the Internet for five brokerage firms active as a first stage are: urban, spring, Carmel, Mesopotamia, Elaf. Implementation of the project plan includes the creation of the electronic system and the development of tasks and services that will allow the investor trading on the shareholding companies, bonds and any listed securities in the market through this system and via the Internet, like any investor, trading in the market hall. And organize all financial settlements and equity in accordance with procedures and instructions of the prevailing market.

The Hashd al-Shaabi forces say they have completely taken over Tal Afar airport from ISIS. Hashd spokesman Ahmed al-Assadi said his forces will shortly start hunting for ISIS militants who have remained at the airport and who may be hiding.

Iraq’s War Media Office says federal police forces have liberated the village of Al-A’zba, south of Mosul, from ISIS and raised the Iraqi flag there.

At least one child was killed and tens of other people wounded in ISIS mortar attacks in Mosul’s Zahra neighborhood today . Some locals who spoke to Rudaw said they were caught in the crossfire, suffering both from ISIS bombs and retaliatory fire by the Iraqi Army.
A wounded woman, clearly in pain, complained there is no hospital anywhere near to treat her injury from a mortar attack.

Iraqi forces control most of Mosul’s Tahrir neighborhood
Iraqi forces are now in control of “the larger part” of the Tahrir neighborhood in northeastern Mosul, Lt. Gen. Abdulwahab al-Saadi from Iraq’s Golden Brigade forces told Rudaw in Tahrir.

Shiite Hashd al-Shaabi closes in on Tal Afar airport
The Shiite paramilitary group known as Hashd al-Shaabi said on Wednesday that with support from the Iraqi air force they are closing in on Tal Afar airport which would mean cutting off ISIS from its Mosul stronghold.
“The Tal Afar airport has fallen militarily to our forces after the liberation of Tal Ramh village which is 2 kilometers away from the airport,” the Shiite paramilitary said in a statement on Wednesday.
It also said the Iraqi air force is providing air cover to the advancing forces.
The Hashd al-Shaabi said on Tuesday “that control over the airport will pave the way to liberate Tal Afar district and will cut the last ISIS supply line between Tal Afar and Mosul.”

Child killed in ISIS mortar attack in Mosul, dozens of civilians injured
At least one child was killed in an ISIS mortar attack on the newly liberated eastern neighborhood of al-Zahra Wednesday morning, and a number of others injured as captured by Rudaw cameras.
Relatives rushed the wounded to Iraqi troops stationed in the area for treatment.
Rudaw’s Nalin Barwari reported that many civilians still living in the area.
Also in Tahrir neighborhood 12 civilians were injured in what appeared to be an ISIS bombardment.
Clashes between the Iraqi forces and ISIS militants resumed today after a day of calm.
Iraqi military officials said they silenced their guns for a day to clear several liberated neighborhoods of explosives and fortify their positions.
