Hours, days, weeks?…] Most likely, there will be a few windows. First is going to be the actual RV. We are going to know about that within hours, and there will likely be a lot of confusion. There will be a ton of misinformation flying around, 800 number scams, and all kinds of traps…I don’t expect all banks to be operating at the same speed, so we may have locations for exchange on Day 1 in Houston, Los Angeles, and New York* (these are examples, NOT ACTUAL EXPECTED LOCATIONS). By Day 2 we may see operations in ten more cities, and it could be a full week before ALL locations with De La Rue machines actively exchanging. So that window right there is, by itself, “hours to days”…
