Mnt Goat (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>We can see more pressure to get these reforms laws\u00a0 passed as religious leaders, the demonstrating citizens, and now even the rest of the Arab community (GCC) are exerting pressure on parliament…\u00a0\u00a0So what pops out today \u2013 more pressure to pass the needed changes in HCL that Kurdistan has been asking for resolution<\/strong>. Do we need these changes for an RV? This is the million dollar question.\u00a0\u00a0I know they need to make good on the HCL and put some of that oil money in the hands of the average citizen prior to any RV.<\/strong>\u00a0 Iraq has been told this many times by the USA. One provision they can not escape.\u00a0\u00a0Remember HCL technically does not have to go through parliament for a vote to become law, just that the GOI and Kurdistan must agree.<\/strong>

BGG –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Jafaari had the nerve the tell the US Ambassador (this morning) that our coalition didn’t meet the threat level of terrorism in their country<\/span><\/strong>…\u00a0this from a guy who was overseeing the party for which Maliki was campaigning for while he was bombing Anbar and starting this whole mess for his reelection campaign…without Maliki – I truly believe ISIS would not be what it is today<\/strong>…and\u00a0\u00a0this is the very reason – I see no way the world let’s him off the hook so easy.\u00a0\u00a0I agree – their economic situation is still dire…and this may be the thing that really puts us in the running… as soon as the main bad actors are down – I fully expect monetary reform in stages – they are too desperate.
