Enorrste (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>The IMF itself made a statement about a month ago that Iraq would “enter the world market<\/em>” at the beginning of 2016.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0We see now that the manner in which the IMF could guarantee such a statement is that they had worked out a deal to guarantee that what they said would come to pass. \u00a0That guarantee is this “memorandum of understanding” between the IMF and the CBI. \u00a0Considering that the IMF made its proclamation about Iraq “entering the world market” a month ago, it seems to me that this memorandum of understanding is actually a much more powerful document than just an “understanding.”\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 [post 1 of 2….stay tuned]

wmawhite (Dinar Guru) –<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0…the writing has always been on wall. There are no secrets as to what Iraq intends to do<\/strong>…once it is done all of the investment community will not be surprised because it is expected.\u00a0 The only part that remains is the timing.<\/strong>

Mnt Goat (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>First they intend to come out with a very low rate (unknown ??) and let if float for 4-7 days. During this time period they will issue the new lower denominations paper and coins. Then after this initial float they will revalue the currency to the true value and let it float also.<\/strong>\u00a0They will of course cap the float and when it hits the cap after climbing as the market adjusts it then will settle down to the normal rate going forward.\u00a0We have been told this normal rate will be above the Kuwaiti dinar.\u00a0 Could the RV go prior to late December?\u00a0 Sure it could and anything is possible in this situation.\u00a0<\/strong>However…there are still a few pieces they need to put in place prior to the RV.\u00a0 I\u00a0have to tell you it is getting better and better as we near December.\u00a0 Let\u2019s see what other golden nuggets they bring us in these coming weeks.\u00a0\u00a0 [post 3 of 3]

Wow! – So many nuggets just recently on the currency reform.\u00a0Last week it was about the issue of a \u201cfixed\u201d vs \u201cfloat\u201d now its about the effects on the continuance of the \u201cproject to delete the zeros\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>The good news they are discussing it again along with other items very pertinent to the RV and they are all goodies we expect and should expect right about now to see. The timing is perfect.\u00a0\u00a0Now we see in this article…that they have made a decision to float the currency and it will be solely the CBI\u2019s responsibility.\u00a0\u00a0 In floating it they will get off the peg strictly to the US dollar and use instead an SDR.\u00a0 They admit now is the time to float.<\/strong>\u00a0Going on the SDR tells us they plan to float it but this time go international since the SDR is pegging against a basket of other international currencies and not just one such as US dollar.\u00a0 So how will this float work…\u00a0\u00a0 [post 2 of 3….stay tuned]

Mnt Goat (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>So far we are seeing many things on path for a late Dec 2015 or early 2016 RV window of opportunity.<\/strong>\u00a0There is a very strong indication for this window.<\/strong>\u00a0 …I asked everyone to be on the look out for certain events.\u00a0 I have said that only when you see these events (golden nuggets) could there be a strong indication of an upcoming RV window of opportunity.\u00a0Such signs as news of launching the new 50k or 100k notes, articles about increasing the value of the dinar, distributing the lower denominations and coins, news of going international, deleting the zeros, putting the currency on a float, etc.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 Iraq simply is not going to just trigger an RV without doing all the needed preparation for it. NEVER before since 2012 have we seen such discussion and events unfolding to indicate an RV is just on the horizon.\u00a0\u00a0 …we read that today parliament plans to do the first reading on the 2016 budget.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0 [post 1 of 3….stay tuned]

Kaperoni (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>(Press release) “Iraqi Central Bank Governor responded to the remarks relating to monetary policy<\/em>”\u00a0 This is really interesting IMO.\u00a0 First his response to the recent articles (floating, etc) is rather quick.\u00a0 So I think some of this is to curb speculation.\u00a0 He also mentions though at the end “The bank will soon launch its strategy for the years 2016 – 2020<\/strong>”\u00a0\u00a0which is interesting as it is falls in line with the timeframe they have mentioned several times to delete the zeros.\u00a0 Let’s hope that early 2016 is the beginning.<\/strong>

I believe the AMENDMENTS to the LAWS…have been done!\u00a0\u00a0If they amended the laws…that is done for a new international rate \u2013 otherwise, what was the purpose of changing the 1166 rate?<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>There is a NEED…there is a change coming!\u00a0 The lower denoms are in position (IMO).\u00a0 The movement of the LD\u2019s are 3 weeks ahead of schedule.\u00a0The new 50\u2019s and 100\u2019s are the brother and sisters of the lower denoms in Iraq. Frank26 (Dinar Guru) –<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0The former Secretary of State of the US told a reporter on CNBC that the military was guarding Iraq\u2019s currency.\u00a0 We believe that this currency has now moved.\u00a0We have verified this, and the lower denoms have left the USA… \u00a0IMO \u2013 the bird landed at its final destination. IMO the lower denoms are in Iraq now…only because it\u2019s 100% secure.<\/strong>\u00a0 Dr. S [Shabibi]\u00a0has these documents under his arms (100\u2019s of them)\u00a0against Maliki. \u00a0Dr. Shabibi is getting ready to get rid of the so the so-called governor of the CBI (Allac).\u00a0\u00a0Apparently the 100\u2019s of documents will also implicate Allac along with Maliki. 3. Estimate the amended exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar to be used in technical and economical feasibility studies and for (1.134) dollar per dinar<\/strong>. This price should be approved for 3 years until re-appreciation by the competent authorities.<\/p>\n
