Kaperoni (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0…the zeros (3 zero notes) cannot go away until the dinar has appreciated to a value that lets the CBI collect and destroy them.\u00a0 It does not mean they won’t start to raise the value within the next few months as we predict.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>That being said, the CBI was clear, the 50, 100, 200 is expected to come out early or starting 2017.\u00a0\u00a0That would put the rate at or about .05 cents or so.\u00a0 ..which is what we expect.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0It may take 16 to 24 months to raise the value to a 1 to $1 rate in which the zeros are then “technically” deleted.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I think everyone here expects the float to begin during the 1st half of 2016 which matches with the IMF statement and the goals for 2017.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>So in reality, if parliament passes the laws, investors begin to flock into Iraq, and the CBI (with the help of the IMF) gets monetary policy under control, the 50K note works to reduce the paper, and the decision is made to exit the peg to a float by mid 2016,\u00a0the nominal rate could be less or more than that educated calculation (we think about 5 cents).<\/strong>\u00a0Lot’s of “ifs” here so we wait and see how it plays out.

Mnt Goat (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>I am now hearing they plan to start up the \u201cproject to delete the zeros\u201d once again next month (December) and also launch the new 50K notes at this time. Launch the 100k notes in early 2016.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Remember they can\u2019t launch these new notes without some significant increase in the value of the Iraqi dinar<\/span>.<\/strong>\u00a0Also the lower denomination bills and coins must also be launched at or about the same time period since the 50k and 100k notes are to be part of the long term, permanent currency for Iraq along with the new lower denominations and coins.\u00a0 Keep a close eye out especially for news of the launching of the coins. Why?\u00a0\u00a0Because if they launch the coins they MUST RV FIRST<\/strong>…they unsuccessfully launched coins in the past without an RV and it was a huge blunder. This mistake cost them billions. Mnt Goat (Dinar Guru) –<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>I told you about an effort to form new \u201creform\u201d blocks consisting of those party members who support the Abadi government and all its reforms. These blocks make up the majority of parliament. This is tied to the Parties Law as the law sets standards as to party members and who can be involved in the government. Many of the past corrupted officials are now excluded. This is in part why we are seeing these last remaining laws move so fast.\u00a0 As amazing as it may seem, all these events…have all happened in just a very short time period. It is very much timed and connected to the formation of these new reform blocks.\u00a0 I have predicted most of these events would come to pass just prior to or in very close proximity to a significant change in the value of the Iraqi dinar.\u00a0 So let\u2019s now see what comes next in the coming weeks. This is going to get even more interesting as the near December.\u00a0The news is terrific and we shall see an RV shortly and I firmly believe it will be sooner than later. This is the period of real change Iraq and it is all now happening at warp speed.<\/strong>

Frank26 (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Don\u2019t get depressed that they added 000\u2019s… They are working on the RI…the RI has nothing to do with the exchange rate or the value…the currency is being poised.\u00a0 The currency of Iraq is poised for 2016 but boy is it ready for 2015…even though they are ready right now we still have some things that have to grow.\u00a0 IMO…we are not going to see anyone or anything until we see Maliki arrested and other bad people too…very soon.

Kaperoni<\/span>\u00a0(Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/strong>Article: “Parliamentary Finance: the issuance of Class 50 000 will enhance the purchasing power of our currency”\u00a0\u00a0…the hope is that that dinar comes out of shoeboxes and pillows and begins to be used on a more regular basis and less on the dollar.\u00a0Obviously, the CBI wants to hold on to dollars and they are hoping this puts less demand on the auctions as well as consolidate the physical paper in circulation.<\/strong>\u00a0As for our dinar, we do nothing. No need to try and get these or worry that our notes are ending or anything like that. Until the exchange rate begins to rise, this has no effect on us. …the CBI stated once the “delete zeros” program starts, they will accept the larger 3 zeros notes for up to 10 years…(of course they could always change that)<\/span><\/strong>. Relax all. We have months yet to go until the CBI is ready to exit the peg and float…But they are now on the “clock” sort of speak as this note is part of the procedure to restructure the currency<\/strong>.
