firefly (Dinar Guru) –<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>They are\/were amending existing laws that are already in the Law Library but were never activated due to the corruption of the previous regime.\u00a0 Last public update was Aug 13th…3 months ago…well, nearly 4 months now and those were amendments also.\u00a0\u00a0IMO we may never hear or made aware of any activations.\u00a0 The laws are already in there!<\/strong>

This is an in country only.<\/strong>\u00a0I talked to may sources and I want to put this to rest now.\u00a0\u00a0The 50K has been in the works for awhile and was to draw the lower three zeros in due to the counterfeiting<\/span>.<\/strong>\u00a0This was forces by the CBI and all of the citizens have been aware of this process.\u00a0\u00a0This was a plan not just a matter of fact.\u00a0\u00a0All is good.\u00a0<\/strong>

tman23 –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>No idea what rate…only that they are talking about lifting the 3 zeros and hope we have the opportunity to catch the window of exchange before 3 zeros are lifted from the exchange on the nominal value of the notes themselves.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0The 50k notes are a real concern…And as I said IMO…they are not good for us…no matter who tries to spin it, it doesn’t spin!\u00a0But glad to see they held off on the release of the notes…which is good for us IMO.<\/strong>

wmawhite (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>[u r talkin Dec to enter the world market<\/em>?]\u00a0 The translation from the IMF came out a couple of different ways.\u00a0I read it has an expectation the IMF has that Iraq will be re-entering the global markets sometime within the first half of 2016. In order to do so what does Iraq need to have? Answer: a currency it calls its own with a value that reflect the true wealth of Iraq.<\/strong>\u00a0 I don’t think they are waiting on anything…it is evident that the CBI\/GOI\/IMF plus a few we don’t know about have been working together to bring…as the IMF said, bring Iraq back into the economic markets by sometime during the first half of 2016.\u00a0 Iraq want the world to know…they want all folks to see them as a great place to invests.\u00a0They want the IQD to be used worldwide…because that runs the value of the IQD up.<\/strong>

Instead of sticking to a plan they cave into political pressures and spoil their plan. I have friends in Iraq too that have them. They even released pictures of them to me.\u00a0\u00a0So since we have FACTUAL evidence they already launched the 50k notes then how in hell can they now be just \u201cpostponing\u201d the launching till early next year?
