tman23 –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>One of the things that troubled me was folks saying…Oh if it comes out at 67 cents I will wait 30 days …And my point to everyone is beware of the options or what could happen…Because everyone is calling for a rate…I am saying they can do it and RV but it would be a short window to exchange because there are no lower denoms…So if you missed the 67 cent window…you may get a 1.50 window but without the 3 zeros in the exchange rate.<\/strong>

There is no way around that…you cannot do one without the other. If they do, the spread increases. If they don’t, the sales go higher due to corruption which depletes reserves.<\/strong>\u00a0Plugs in the sinking boat don\u2019t work.
