Frank26 (Dinar Guru) –<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>You think that oil is very low right now…IMO…the barrel of oil has not hit bottom yet…oil will go lower…therefore the big push to get into the RV NOW not in 2016<\/strong><\/span>…\u00a0 ISIS used oil to make profit…to get money and to be a terror…we made whatever needed to be done with Iraq monetary reform to push it and hurry it along<\/strong>…oil has not hit bottom yet…it has served to choke ISIS to death because of the price of oil dropping so dramatically.\u00a0 Right after the first of the year…IMO…right after the RV…oil prices will go back up but it must inflict more pain to ISIS now before it goes up.

tlm724 (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Article:\u00a0 “The International Monetary Fund announces the final touches on the Iraqi economy monitoring program”\u00a0 “<\/em>the International Monetary Fund announced that he put the finishing touches on a deal to monitor, evaluate and manage the Iraqi economy<\/em>”\u00a0\u00a0thats it, thats the key to what we have been saying about the IMF having the con in Iraq…manage the Iraqi economy…<\/span><\/strong>MANAGE!<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0and yesterday we saw the IMF was not pleased one lil bit about Iraq devaluing the dinar!\u00a0 this is awesome news\/confirmation that the IMF has this thingy.\u00a0\u00a0so we have the IMF in charge of the economy and a budget passed, pretty dayum good morning if ya ask me.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>

Adam Montana (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>The BUDGET, and also HCL – there is reason to believe that we have some HUGE progress\u00a0on this as of TODAY<\/span>,<\/strong>\u00a0but it’s too early to give an official statement.\u00a0It appears that the BUDGET\u00a0was passed today in Parliament, but please everyone… give it a day to simmer and see if anything\u00a0else comes out.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Don’t take that as a negative!\u00a0We have a good chance to see BOTH done before the end of\u00a02015, which could be absolutely amazing<\/strong>! \u00a0 If you’ve been involved with the dinar for long at all,\u00a0you might remember that previous budgets weren’t approved until well into the year they were\u00a0actually focused on. To get a Budget done this fast is GREAT for us! I like it.

Kaperoni (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>Article:\u00a0“the House of Representatives decided to postpone the vote on the ninth paragraph own balancing the province at the end of today’s session.<\/em>”\u00a0\u00a0I do not think the budget is done until they agree and vote on the Kurdistan share.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0I don’t see this as good news. There is little to no chance during 2016 this will come back into parliament to get resolved.\u00a0And as we know the Kurds would not accept less than 17%<\/strong>. What this did was in essence give permission to the KRG to pump and sell their own oil since they know there is no chance of getting any funds from the central government. It will only alienate the relationship.

Delta (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>…it is about time for Iraq to move forward…whatever the plan was before they do want to move this faster…in my heart I believe this is the month we should see things happen…this year is totally different…so many things are going on…what all started this was the contract that Iraq had to sign with the IMF…that was the trigger<\/span><\/strong>..<\/span>.there is no nation on earth that gets the support that Iraq gets from the IMF, the World Bank and others…why…they do not want them to fail…the authors of the plan do not want them to fail…\u00a0 \u00a0Abadi came out and said this is the time to activate the monetary reform.\u00a0 IMO the rate has to change…<\/strong>if I\u2019m the CBI…if I\u2019m going to put those LD\u2019s in the banks…I have to have a rate for the LD\u2019s to be sold to the banks…they have to have a good value for later to make money…bottom line…the CBI has to offer a rate that is good for the CBI and the banks as well as the citizens and for us<\/strong>.\u00a0 We are very close, expect the unexpected…on the verge of something big happening…\u00a0IMO we will see the rate before the end of the year<\/span>.<\/strong>

Frank26 (Dinar Guru) –\u00a0<\/span>What they are doing right now with their banks, auctions, and LD\u2019s is all that matters…they will stop the auctions on the 31st<\/span><\/strong>…the 31st is a Thursday…Friday off…Saturday off…the beginning of the year…this is not a coincidence…they will need to start selling their own currency through the auctions to make money<\/strong>…they do auctions because they are not international…so they sell USD to make money.\u00a0\u00a0But now they will be international with an international currency and rate<\/strong><\/span>…out of Article 8 which will do something phenomenal with their reserves.\u00a0\u00a0If these LD\u2019s are purchased by the banks do we then have to have the rate…no…it means they are now in position to introduce the rate.<\/span><\/strong>
