Breitling –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>article \u201c\u2026CBI\u2019s intention to sell bonds to the public for 7 trillion dinars through the year<\/em>\u201d.\u00a0 There are a couple things this is attached to.\u00a0\u00a0Obviously they are after the dinar<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0 2.\u00a0 They are coming up with strategies to make up for the price of oil.\u00a0 Even though Iraq has a huge dollar reserve.\u00a0 Question:\u00a0\u00a0Is the Iranian currency going to go up in value?<\/em>\u00a0 It\u2019s impossible for it not to.\u00a0 Here\u2019s the thing though\u2026It\u2019s going to be nothing compared to the dinar.\u00a0 I don\u2019t even look at it personally.\u00a0 I really don\u2019t.\u00a0\u00a0Will it go up as much as the dinar?\u00a0 It\u2019s a big fat no.\u00a0 But we\u2019ll see.<\/span><\/strong>

wmawhite –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>the price of oil has very little to do with Iraq entering the economy market during the 1st half of 2016.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0[but it might effect the price of their currency<\/em>.]\u00a0\u00a0No…it will not.<\/strong>\u00a0 The price of oil has dropped over 60% and the change in the value of the Kuwaiti Dinar changed $0.20…20 cents.\u00a0 The KWD went from $3.55 to $3.35 per dinar.\u00a0 [right but Iraq has no price at this point, Kwd is already established<\/em>.]\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Of course they know what the true value of the IQD is…how else could the IMF tell the world that Iraq is expected to enter the economy market in 2016<\/strong>.\u00a0 IMO…central banks do not go changing their values every time their GDPs change…their goal is to provide stability in their currency…IMO, they know where they want to be and IMO we will see it soon<\/strong>.

BGG –\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>The governor of the bank on the Keywords “The central bank is responsible for holding the currency auction Under the law, which he considers responsible for the stability of the exchange rate,” noting that “it is theoretically possible that the Ministry of Finance to conduct an auction currency, but in practical terms is possible.<\/em>”\u00a0 Looks a lot like – to me…Alak is “beset” on all sides…over the last few days –\u00a0numerous articles out about “no confidence” in him…potential removal<\/strong>.<\/span>..whatever the final outcome – there seems to be some real movement (as there has to be) on the part of the GOI against the CBI – or bad CBI policy…and corruption…looks like there is big movement underway – is this directly “Dinar-centric”? \u00a0It would be hard to see where it doesn’t impact the value of the Dinar.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0I think there is a lot more to this story we don’t know…\u00a0but Alak under the gun is good (as far as I’m concerned).<\/strong>

There was a LOT to get\u00a0done to get this far…We have come a long way, and I’m sure most of you realize that\u00a0we’re missing one\u00a0big piece right now.\u00a0 I’ve been harping on it for a while now.\u00a0You know what it is…\u00a0HCL<\/em>.\u00a0<\/strong>So the question at this point is “Will the HCL\u00a0ever\u00a0happen”?\u00a0 Well, consider one thing…the price of oil.\u00a0<\/strong>Has the price of oil changed, or are we seeing a major reason for it to? Not really. And\u00a0I don’t think this is a coincidence, but there’s also been a distinct lack of discussion on\u00a0the HCL lately as well.\u00a0\u00a0When oil starts moving again, then HCL will ramp back up, and that’s what I’m keyed in\u00a0on right now.<\/strong>

Bruce –<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>I would say we are almost home with what I heard today.\u00a0I been asked to keep all Intel basically to a minimum. wmawhite –<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>The IMF, Goi and CBI all have signed a Letter of Intent in which it is stated paragraph #19 that the government\u00a0“will”<\/span>\u00a0move away from the MCPs which are in place because of the auctions.\u00a0Remove MCPs, i.e. no auctions, means IQD must have international acceptance.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0…the IMF stated in November that their expectation was for Iraq to enter the economy market the 1st half of 2016.<\/strong>..never before in 6 years do I remember the IMF making such a statement.\u00a0 [post 1 of 2….stay tuned]
