They receive payment from around the world in USD. The GOI then takes the USD and sells it to the CBI for IQD. The CBI turns around and sells the USD to the banks for…guess what? IQD.\u00a0<\/strong>This is what that statement is referring to.\u00a0\u00a0What we are looking for…is different…and they will not be advertising the details in advance.<\/span><\/strong>
