Instead, it has an artificially imposed buy\/sell value.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Here is why they speak about the price of oil affecting the price of the IQD:\u00a0\u00a0…the GOI sells the oil. They receive payment from around the world in USD. The GOI then takes the USD and sells it to the CBI for IQD. The CBI turns around and sells the USD to the banks for…guess what? IQD.\u00a0<\/strong>This is what that statement is referring to.\u00a0\u00a0What we are looking for…is different…and they will not be advertising the details in advance.<\/span><\/strong>

The RV is a by-product of the process and the process is fulfilling the necessary mandates…the CBI is going to come right out and communicate it to us in the news media when the time is ready to move to article 8 (thus begin the RV process).<\/strong>
