The marshes are critical to civilization and must be preserved and nurtured.<\/strong>

At the request of the country, a credit rating agency\u00a0will evaluate the country’s economic and political environment to determine a representative credit rating<\/span>.\u00a0Obtaining a good sovereign credit rating is usually esse<\/strong><\/em>ntial for developing countries in order to access funding in international bond markets<\/em>.<\/strong>”\u00a0\u00a0While I do believe things are and will get better in Iraq, they have to get Parliament to a functional state passing the needed legislation for economic advancement and political cohesion<\/strong>. Making payments to the Paris Club and the Kuwaiti’s would also be a good thing.

Frank26 (Dinar Guru) –<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong> …it is very important that you understand the United States and Kuwait government devalued the Kuwait currency down to zero, practically nothing…and Saddam Hussein was the reason…so America comes in…and the first thing that we did was Marshall Law…and we took over the banking structure…In other words everything I\u2019m telling you is the equivalent…and it is happening in Iraq…with very slight differences…using the American dollar until they were ready to bring back the Kuwait dinar…back to the international rate…with these loans they will quickly remove anything that is left as a remainder of Article 8…once they do qualify and all of Article 8 is removed…MO…all they need to do is raise the value of their currency<\/strong>…and that is it…that should be the final restriction…
