wmawhite and rcookie (Dinar Guru) –<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0 The Kuwaiti Experience…What does Iraq have in common with what Kuwait experienced.\u00a0 We do know that from the summer going into March of the next year that the Kuwait dinar was off the markets…the banks were closed.\u00a0 We do know that exactly 26 days after the end of the war the banks reopened by instituting a new Kuwait dinar at a value of 50 – 55 cents per dinar and the old Kuwait dinar that anyone may have left the country with fleeing the war at 1 – 1.\u00a0\u00a0The Kuwaiti experience is instituting a new currency at an old rate and all of the other banking functions that had to be started back up…credit cards, debt cards etc…that is what they [Iraq] are getting ready to do.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0They have a brotherly neighbor that is a success story that they are mirroring and look where Kuwait ended up…!<\/strong>
