More importantly, US crude posted it\u2019s first loss since 2015. Those are not specifically\u00a0<em>Iraq\u2019s<\/em>\u00a0losses, of course, but lower oil prices affect ALL oil markets.\u00a0Combine that with a general lack of news regarding the HCL and we have an obvious\u00a0situation where they would not pull the\u00a0trigger.\u00a0<strong>We&#8217;d all\u00a0like to think that Iraq can\u00a0pull off\u00a0an RV\u00a0with lower oil prices,\u00a0but\u00a0the current market needs to change for Iraq and everyone else to be confident.\u00a0\u00a0It will happen, of course. But this doesn&#8217;t look like the\u00a0week for it.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Not that I&#8217;m discouraged at all!<\/strong>\u00a0The current market is a temporary thing.\u00a0<strong>Nothing negative has happened to scare us from the future of this venture. And I don&#8217;t think anything has changed to make Iraq no longer want to regain their former position of power and influence.\u00a0 It will happen.
