This again is a FAKE spin on the news. They want to confuse and stall everything indefinitely.\u00a0<strong>The real reason why they can\u2019t yet implement it is they need candidates for the early elections and also they will need a way to prosecute the corrupt that will be taken out of the government. Already Iraq has hired consultants to come into Iraq to help clarify the procedure to run this new type of \u201copen\u201d election process.
