Is it much better than in 2003?<\/em>\u00a0 Okay so if you are really a student of Iraqi politics and finance you will learn that\u00a0<strong><u>\u00a0it does not have to be much better, only stable<\/u>.\u00a0<\/strong><em>Stable you say?
