It\u2019s a form of a fixed\u2026and a form of a float.\u00a0<u>It\u2019s a component of both&#8230;If there was to be growth\u2026imo it would be as conservative as they can<\/u>.\u00a0<\/strong>They will need to keep the rate stable on the dinar. Contractors would not appreciate rate or price changes every day&#8230;<strong>remember the reinstatement rate 20 years ago of $3.22.\u00a0\u00a0<u>Even the IMF has documents stating this was a relevant number.<\/u>\u00a0If it came out at that\u2026they would keep the rate in a relevant range.<\/strong>\u00a0<em>Could it grow from there<\/em>?\u00a0<strong>It could.
