That would really burst\u00a0the bubble of all of us investors.&#8221;<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/em><strong>We were told a decade ago these notes we have outside would be collected and used in\u00a0inter-banking transfers for very large purchases and would remain valid notes&#8230;<u>We will go to the bank and exchange for the\u00a0currency of our country.\u00a0<\/u>\u00a0The next FOREX rate will apply.<\/strong>\u00a0I.E. 25,000 note x $4.80 = $120,000 USD @ a rate for US as $4.80 per\u00a0dinar.<em>\u00a0Why do you think they are waiting so long for FOREX?<\/em>\u00a0<strong>There is a plan for the middle east and they will use the IRAQI dinar\u00a0as a hinge Pin for the other currencies in the middle east. There will be a new basket of currencies.\u00a0<\/strong><em>Now if they were going to\u00a0just do what you said why would they be waiting so long?
