Jeff – Dinar Guru<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Right now Iraq is claiming they only have a currency shortage to pay salaries.\u00a0 They can pay all\u00a0their other bills.<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 I searched the news for two hours a day.\u00a0 I have not seen one article saying they can’t pay any other\u00a0bills…They’re able to\u00a0 pay all their other bills, just not salary payments.\u00a0 Think about that carefully…Why is it they can’t\u00a0only pay salaries<\/em>?\u00a0\u00a0Because in a new budget period with a pending rate change they would have to adjust salary pay scales and\u00a0approve the budget.<\/u>\u00a0 To approve the budget, the new currency value has to exist and be in place…This suggests to me the rate changing is most likely in August.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
