Office Abadi confirms that last with unimpaired partisan or political reforms
The Prime Minister’s Office confirmed Thursday that Abbadi was not affected by partisan or political reforms launched by.
And the Office’s spokesman Saad Al-Hadithi said in an interview that “Abbadi when reform package it was party and political bloc is determined to hold remedial spoilers no matter how antmaeathm this confirms it,” Prime Minister, “Al-Abbadi was not affected by partisan to implement his reforms and is determined.
And between Al-Hadithi that “a large number of reforms had been implemented and others are in progress and some need to enact laws to implement,” he said, “there is no delay for repairs, but needed time to implement them.”

tman23 (Dinar info) – The investment law still seems to be the key that unlocks the gates to “everything else”…I do not believe there is any other amendment to the investment law or needed to be reviewed again by the CoM.
It was read 2 times and printed by the Justice for the third reading and vote… IMF, World Bank, ISSD, European Union, have all reviewed the law and Iraq began campaigning their Bonds through Bank representatives in the US and London.
Nothing being reported on the Bonds that were ready for offer Oct 1st…because no investment law! The reason for delay? The excuse is OH JUST ONE MORE THING… IMO…That is BS… BUT…we may see it roll come the 13th.

Aggiedad77 (Dinar Guru) – Article: “Abadi Office: withdraw bills from the parliament in order to adapt it to reforms” PM Abadi’s spokesperson relates some of the reasons why bills were recently pulled back from Parliament…One is they had sort of stagnated…in fact they reeked of foul odors associated with the former government…Two is these laws from the old government no longer fit the economic situation of the country today…I’m thinking…they had much corruption embedded within them and Abadi wants all that safely sanitized…what better way than to do it himself…or through his advisers…Shows his lack of trust with some members of Parliament these days…and three these laws just don’t fit the mold that is being created by Abadi’s bag of reforms…bring them back to the COM, redraft and revote through COM and then present back to Parliament.

Aggiedad77 (Dinar Guru) – Article: “Meeting a parliamentary presidential order to add new paragraphs to the investment law: vote soon” The Economic and Investment Committee in Parliament is putting on finishing touches to the Investment Law…they expect it to be voted upon this month…in October…so says a reliable member of that committee…this will be a big success for the Iraqi government if they can get this moved through Parliament.

I am so happy for many reasons. You should be very happy too. Here are the reasons. 1) since getting rid of the Iranian influence is happening right in front of our noses and this must happen prior to any RV. I always knew that getting rid of Maliki and removing Iraq as the “puppet” Iranian state was not going to be easy and would take some time.
