tman23 – What I am told…Parliament will recess on December 1st and reconvene on the 8th. They are expected to have the laws ready for the Minister of Justice to publish in the Library of Law. The Minister publishes the passed laws and amendments for the year every December…

Poppy3 – [I am starting [to think] that they have been removing the notes for a while now and that there is much less in curculation then what they are reporting?] FAR LESS IN CIRCULATION… THINK ABOUT IT…MOST OF THE DINAR IS BEING HELD IN RESERVE FOR WAR RETRIBUTION AND WILL CONTINUED TO BE HELD POST RV IN RESERVE FOR MANY COUNTRIES. THE VERY MINUTE AMOUNT WE HOLD AND ACTUALLY IN CIRCULATION IS SMALL CHANGE. REMEMBER BUSH TOLD AMERICAN TAX PAYERS WOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE WAR IN IRAQ. HE SAID THAT AFTER CHENEY AND GREENSPAN CONVINCED HIM TO SIGN THE DEAL THEY NEGOTIATED WITH IRAQ AND HE THEN SIGNED 13303 SO MANY AMERICANS COULD TAKE ADVANTAGE. THAT WOULD Also HELP THE STRENGTH OF THE USD AND BOOST THE ECONOMY POST RV. WE ARE ON SCHEDULE RELAX– THE BLESSING IS COMING.

Mnt Goat (Dinar Guru) – [I’m hearing you tell us that you expect the RV to happen prior to launching the 2016 Budget and this should happen in early December. But what does it mean when they commonly refer to “by mid 2016” This almost looks like the RV will happen sometime in early 2016?] I never tied the RV to the passing of the budget. I did say it was my “opinion” it would only make sense to RV prior to the budget being opened in 2016. I personally believe they want to target 2016 as a fresh start and attempt to get on this new currency with a new value.
