Adam Montana – Dinar Guru 3. The Budget, which is always a big deal, is flying through the system. It’s almost being ignored this time around, which should be a major flag to investors! A major component of it is the KRG deal that was made. The Kurds are paying their portion of the deal with a solid 250,000 barrels of oil, which means they are paying in OIL.
