Article: “The Chair invited Iraq and WTO members to intensify bilateral negotiations on market access” this process is nowhere near completion with meetings scheduled well into the Summer and most likely thereafter. Accession to the WTO is another event that has been tied to the RV when there is no real reason for such a speculation or analysis.
