There has to be some consistency in the stability of it…It doesn’t mean they won’t change it, but they need to show stability…They’re telling you right now they’re happy. They finally got things stable. Inflation is under control. Spending is under control. Reforms are taking place in the banking. Jobs are being provided. Everything is going in the right direction.
