If you guys want to risk not paying taxes, I would consult with a tax attorney for your best interest so you don’t end up in jail…The level of money involved in this, if you’re wrong…they’re going to put you in jail quick. They’ll come after you quick. The amount of money involved in this, they’re going to want their percentage. You’re best off having the mindset that you do have to pay taxes so you don’t end up in jail...You’re better off playing it safe than playing it naive and ignorant…I would consult with an IRS attorney… They will guide you in the right way.
