The next FOREX rate will apply. I.E. 25,000 note x $4.80 = $120,000 USD @ a rate for US as $4.80 per dinar. Why do you think they are waiting so long for FOREX? There is a plan for the middle east and they will use the IRAQI dinar as a hinge Pin for the other currencies in the middle east. There will be a new basket of currencies. Now if they were going to just do what you said why would they be waiting so long? Why not just do it now, as there is plenty of value now to go 1:1 with the US dollar?
