Mountain Goat – Dinar Guru Is the Oil and Gas Law passed? I am a bit disappointed with the first two sessions of parliament under this new administration. During the election cycle we read multiple articles on how they would put a ‘high priority’ on the Oil and Gas Law and other laws. Yet it has not been taken up. We need to keep a close eye on this law.
